It uses a premium borosilicate glass chamber and vapor path for ultra flavorful vapor and dynamic (200-500°F) convection style heating technology that offers an experience that is truly custom to your preference.
The Firefly 2+ Vaporizer heats up to your desired temperature rapidly in only about 3 seconds time. It's designed to cool down as fast as it heats up as well so your sessions will be finely tuned to minimize waste and ensure you're getting the absolute most out of your material.
It's easily operated using two touch sensors located on either side of the device or you can even use a free to install Smartphone app to control your Firefly 2+ Vaporizer via Bluetooth.
You can select 1 of the 7 preset temperature settings by first holding down the right sensor and then tap the left 3 times. The LED light will flash 1-7 times to indicate the current temperature, tap the sensor (without releasing the right) to switch to the next setting.
By default the 7 temperature settings include 320°F, 340°F, 360°F, 380°F, 400°F, 420°F and 500°F. You can change these levels in the Firefly app to your preferred setting in 10° increments anywhere within the range of 200-500°F.
After you have your heat level selected just hold down both sensors simultaneously to activate the heater. The LED light will flash twice to show it is heating and switch to a solid green when it is ready for use.
As long as you're holding both sensors the Firely 2+ Portable will continue to heat the chamber for up to 30 seconds at a time. It's recommended to take a deep 10 second inhale and then release the sensors to allow the chamber to cool between pulls for minimal waste.
It also comes equipped with a removable lithium-ion battery pack that lasts quite some time on a full charge and it's remaining battery life is easily monitored via the LED light by tapping the right sensor three times. When it's eventually time to recharge every kit has a convenient charging dock that will have you back up and running in only about 45 minutes.
