We will gladly accept the return of new, unused products including original packaging, arts and accessories, and any freebies within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the wrong product is received. You must request an RMA before sending any return back to us. Returns sent back without an RMA are not eligible for refund or replacement.
No return will be accepted after 7 days or once the product you purchase has been used. We are unable to accept returns on used vaporizers for hygienic and safety reasons and thank you for understanding. If you send us back used items they will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
